This was a great read, with many helpful tips. I ordered some of the Lemme Burn!

I've been taking Berberine, too, and really love it. Also, I love that you included things you DON'T do, which I'm always monitoring, as well. Being protective of myself and ensuring my nurturing rituals never feels stressful or pressured. Thank you Virginia!

I think I need this pillow bar pillow. My neck has been bugging me lately when I sleep :(

Sometimes my lower back bugs me and adding a pillow under my knees helps! My neck used to hurt when I was a stomach sleeper but sleeping on my back was life changing (my skin cleared up too since I’m not face down for eight hours!)

I sleep on side and stomach. I bet my stomach sleeping is not helping!! I am going to be using this pillow under knees hack and try to retrain myself eeeeek. Thank you!

I trained myself from a full on stomach sleeper by buying a hideous orthopedic pillow contraption on Amazon. I started by sleeping upright and gradually moved my way down. Now I sleep solely on my back!

I love your warm and caring approach to your own self-care. I too swear by The Pillow Bar pillow, it is so good. Our sleep routine is identical ☺️ Love your posts!

As someone who is not an intuitive cook, can you tell me how you prepare that salmon? 🤤

Absolutely! I cut it into cubes (easiest to do this with skin-off salmon, but whatever works) and throw it into a bowl then add in about a tablespoon of honey (you could also use maple syrup), a couple tablespoons of gochujang (chili sauce would work too), and a couple tablespoons of soy sauce or tamari. Plus some salt and pepper and maybe even sesame seeds to coat if I have them. Add it to a sheet pan set to 450 for 12-15 minutes (add some broccoli to the same pan for the same amount of time for a full meal). More recipes to come!

Excellent! Going to try it tonight with the salmon thawing in my fridge. Thanks!
