Gird your loins. It’s that time again. These roundups tend to sell very quickly and, as always, are free to view. I try to pick things I really, really love (the hardest part is not buying the stuff myself — I even have a $100 Etsy gift card that I have not used because I try to allow you guys to have first dibs!)

Also worth noting that affiliate commission on secondhand sites is very small (which I totally get! These are not sold by a company itself, but by small shops around the world) so while I don’t generate very much on these, revenue-wise, it is a worthy labor of love for me. (In Friday’s newsletter, I plan to write a bit about what it means to be “an influencer,” so subscribe if you want to read my thoughts.)

• I eat a lot of rice and am very into cooking my rice in broth. It just adds so much flavor (and some extra protein, to boot). I love this powdered broth (I just add it to the water before it boils) but lately I’ve also been using this Tom Yum-flavored broth (I add it to jasmine rice and serve with a piece of salmon and some sauteed spinach).

• My go-to Berberine supplements (which my primary care doc recommended for high cholesterol and which have the added benefit of revving up your metabolism; some studies call it “nature’s GLP-1”) are on sale for a limited time.
