Where we ate, shopped and explored on the 127 Yard Sale

The World’s Longest Yard Sale has come to an end and I am still in recovery mode. Today, I’m going to share our full travel diary – where we stopped, ate and explored both at the sale and on the way up to the sale.

(On Sunday, I’ll round up all the stuff I bought at the sale, so stay tuned for that).

We drove the Chevy Silverado E/V, which was amazing…all electric (we charged it overnight; every hotel we stayed at had chargers on-site) with a huge bed and a full backseat, plus a trunk under the front hood

Day 1

We drove from Jacksonville to Atlanta the day prior to the sale, so we wouldn’t be terribly far from where the sale started. Plus, this allowed us a little appetizer of sorts — we did a tiny bit of shopping on the way up and stopped for a really fun lunch.
