Yes, I love this. Since we are currently in “fake fall” in FL, I am excited to exercise more. I learned about 8 Brocades (Qi Gong) practice this year, which my acupuncturist encouraged me to do. He says 15 minutes of daily 8 Brocades equals an acupuncture session each week.
