Facebook Marketplace has really grown into something of a behemoth in the world of secondhand. Craigslist? Don’t know her. OfferUp? Offer-who? The Facebook algorithm is so good that many of the other secondhand marketplaces have seemingly just… vanished.

I still think there’s a place for the other guys, though FBMP is really good. Because of that aforementioned algorithm, you will be rewarded the more you use the site. You can essentially train it to find the items you like, so that every time you log on to the home page, the pieces are more and more… well, you.

Of course, the more popular it grows, the more prices go up.

Still, there are ways to find the really good, really well-priced (i.e. cheap) stuff.

Here’s how (plus, my bookmarks and favorite pieces available now, across the country).
