All these years after eBay launched as AuctionWeb in 1995, you can still find gems there. Items far better than the first thing ever sold on the site — a broken laser pointer for $14.83 — though there’s some of that, too. It makes it more fun, doesn’t it? To have to weed through the bad to get to the good?
While I personally love the challenge, I realize it’s not for everyone, so I’ve rounded up some of my favorite eBay finds available now — both fashion stuff and interiors pieces. These items are all available for purchase online, but I hope they also help give you some ideas for what to look for when shopping elsewhere.
Happy shopping.

What I’m eating: I made these baked oats last week and they were delicious. Oatmeal is great for your cholesterol (which I am currently trying to lower; kind of shocked to have learned I have sky high cholesterol recently!) and this tastes decadent and fills you up for hours.
Something I bought recently: I caved and bought the Shark blow dryer/hair curler. I’ve wanted the Dyson curler, but I already have the Dyson dryer and it’s so huge and takes up so much space and I liked that the Shark version was a two-for-one (it folds and converts to a hair dryer) and half the price of the Dyson.
Latest dress obsession: I got this Sézane dress a few days ago and let me tell you…it is sexy. So much so, that I’m slightly nervous to wear it in public. But you only live once, right? Looks great with both heels and flat, gladiator sandals that lace around the leg.
And I’ll leave you with this…
